TIPS

1. Force Reload - If a page is garbled or displays incorectly, sometimes hitting reload will not do the trick. Instead of clearing the cache, hold the SHIFT key while clicking the RELOAD button to force netscape to reload the original page.

Then click on the location nearest to you. The Netscape Server will provide you with a site download listing. Then the server will allow you to download the software to your hard disk.
